This uncommon and coveted Haitian Folk Art Screen & Divider will impress you and anyone who passes by it. An artful addition to your home, this meticulously crafted art piece is also functional. It is an impressive scale and size that will beautifully separate a space and make a joyful statement. 

Haitian metal art is traditionally created from sections of oil barrels which bring supplies into the harbor in Port-au-Prince. After gathering and transporting oil drums from the port to their village, artists flatten and compress the sides of the barrels and then masterfully work them with chisels and hammers to form intricate designs.

The artful addition of the colored plexiglass sets the intricate metal work off immediately adding yet another dimension to this stunning divider screen which is comprised of 4 hinged panels.
