Very old pot. Round, striking, pleasing shape. Great for interior space or outdoors. Wonderful focal point. This pot possesses lugs or protuberances which would sometimes serve as an aid in hanging or moving these pieces. Some also contained holes which would allow the pots to be suspended easily. Lugs also existed so that an animal skin top could be tied down as a cover. Glazed. Ceramic. Imported.
