This noble sculpture is one of a pair from the originals by Henri Alfred Jacquemart, a French sculptor (1824-1896). Many of Jacquemart's originals were cast in bronze and this talented artist earned his reputation for the animal sculptures he produced.
This left facing Jacquemart Dog is one of a pair which are often placed at gates or at the entranceway of the home. The right facing dog is also available here at Garden Accents.
